None. This course is an ideal starting point for anyone new to
Project management, those without project experience or anyone
preparing to take further steps into project planning and
control
Who should attend
New Project Managers, Team Managers, Supervisors, Resources,
Project Support Staff, Project Administrators or anyone beginning
work on a project.
If delegates are intending to go on and gain a project management qualification, then either the PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner would be a suitable route.
