PRINCE2 is being refreshed as part of its lifecycle. Its name is not changing, but there will be enhancements to the method. As one of the UK’s leading PRINCE2 Authorised Training Organisations, Datrix Training is delivering a series of short and informative presentations based around the changes.

Overview
This is an interesting short course where you can find out about the changes that have been made to the PRINCE2 methodology.

There are changes made to the PRINCE2 examinations and changes to the way the Datrix Training courses are to be delivered. The TSO manual is being updated and much of the terminology used in PRINCE2 2005 is changing.

There will opportunity to ask questions about how the changes will directly affect your organisation and how you can use the new methodology to further enhance the benefits of using PRINCE2 project management.
