PRINCE2 Executive Overview

This course is now only available as a private event. For clients that wish to attend a public scheduled event, we now offer the 1 day Best Practice Overview (Code BP1-1). This new course from Datrix Training encapsulates: PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, M_o_R®, P30® methodologies and explains how each links together.

Similar to the PRINCE2™ Overview, the PRINCE2™ Executive Overview course is designed specifically for those individuals in an organisation who are required to make decisions and control the direction of a PRINCE2™ project.

If your business has a number of people in Senior Management that are, or will be, involved in making key decisions regarding a project, it is more cost-effective to arrange a single course for them. This also has the benefit of ensuring that everyone has the same knowledge and often leads to a common understanding of how PRINCE2 will apply to the business.

However, we are aware that these are very busy people and are therefore happy to provide one-to-one sessions, where each senior manager can gain precisely the knowledge they need without unnecessarily wasting precious time. Please call our Account Management Team for further details.

Structure of the course
This course will give an appreciation of the PRINCE2™ method, explain the technical language used in the method and concentrates on the areas where senior management involvement is critical to the success of the project.
