For projects of any size, the ability to plan the work required in a logical, organised, repeatable and consistent manner is invaluable. A change could take anything from a few days to several years, yet common sense tells us we must have a plan to show how we intend to achieve the desired result. This course will provide delegates with priceless knowledge, skills and practise in a wide variety of techniques available to the modern day project manager.

Structure of the course
The course includes such topics as Phase Breakdown Estimating, Product Based Planning, Network Activity Diagrams, Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analysis, Estimating Resource Effort, Resource Levelling, Risk Management, Change Control, Progress Control, Earned Value Analysis and Quality Control.

Pre-Course Requirements
Project Management Fundamentals, or similar knowledge.
